New study aims to stop Kids' lungs from collapsing during surgery

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to protect children's lungs during surgery. It will test three different breathing support methods given by the ventilator to see which one best prevents lung collapse and reduces strain on the lungs. The study will involve 78 children aged 1 to 14 having surgery lasting at least two hours.
