Summary

This study looked at how doctors in Latin America find and follow up on lung nodules (small spots in the lungs) to catch lung cancer early. Researchers tracked 562 adults with lung nodules to see how long it took to get a diagnosis and start treatment. The goal was to find gaps in care and help more people get treated when cancer is still curable.
