Summary

This study is testing a new MRI technique that uses a special gas called 129Xe to take detailed pictures of how the lungs work. It includes both healthy volunteers and people with lung disease. The goal is to see if this method can safely and effectively show lung function, including air flow and gas exchange, to help understand lung conditions better.
