First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a special CT scan that shows how different parts of the lung work can better predict lung function after lung cancer surgery compared to the usual method. Fifteen adults scheduled for lung cancer surgery will get both the standard and new scans before their operation. The goal is to see if the new method is more accurate, which could help doctors make better surgical decisions.
