Tracking a lung drug's real-world impact on breathing and cough
NCT ID NCT05503030
Summary
This study follows 88 patients in Greece who have a progressive lung disease linked to connective tissue disorders and are taking the medication nintedanib. Researchers want to see if changes in lung function over two years are connected to changes in symptoms like shortness of breath and cough. The goal is to better understand how the drug works in everyday clinical practice, not to test if it is a cure.
