Summary
This study aims to better understand a serious lung condition that can develop after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will follow 600 adult transplant patients in Taiwan over time, collecting health data to see how often this complication occurs and what factors might be linked to it. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors detect and manage this condition better in the future.
