New vaccine aims to stop lung cancer from coming back after surgery

NCT ID NCT05642195

Summary

This study is testing a new personalized vaccine treatment for people who have had surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the vaccine, given with an immune-boosting drug, can train the body's immune system to recognize and attack any remaining cancer cells to prevent the cancer from returning. The trial is for adults who show no signs of disease after their initial surgery and other treatments.
