New combo attack on tough lung cancer

NCT ID NCT03923270

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether giving chest radiation followed by one of three immunotherapy drug regimens can help control advanced small cell lung cancer for longer. It is for patients whose cancer has stopped growing or shrunk after initial chemotherapy. The main goals are to check if the treatment combinations are safe and to see how long they can keep the cancer from getting worse.
