Summary

This study is for people with operable non-small cell lung cancer. It tests whether adding a precise, low-dose radiation treatment to standard pre-surgery drug therapy (immunotherapy and chemotherapy) helps shrink tumors more effectively. The goal is to see if this combined approach leads to better long-term control of the cancer after surgery.
