New hope for tough lung cancers: four-drug combo aims to shrink tumors when other treatments fail
NCT ID NCT07416058
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of four drugs can help control advanced lung cancer that has specific genetic changes and has stopped responding to standard targeted pills. About 61 adults with a high level of a protein called PD-L1 in their tumors will receive the drug combination. Researchers will check if this approach shrinks tumors better than historical results from chemotherapy alone.
