Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new combination of two immunotherapy drugs, PBF-1129 and nivolumab, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has returned or spread. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand the side effects. Researchers also want to see if this combination can help control the cancer in patients who have already tried standard treatments.
