Summary
This study is for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (EGFR-mutant). It tests if adding standard chemotherapy to the usual targeted drug (osimertinib) works better than the drug alone. The goal is to see if the combination can keep the cancer from growing or spreading for a longer time. Researchers are focusing on patients whose blood tests show the cancer might still be active after starting the initial treatment.
