New hope for veterans battling advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing a combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation for veterans with a specific type of advanced lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this three-part treatment is safe and effective at controlling the cancer and keeping it from getting worse. Researchers will measure how long patients live without their cancer progressing and how well they can tolerate the full treatment plan.
