Electric fields join fight against lung cancer in new safety trial
NCT ID NCT06124118
Summary
This study is testing the safety of adding a wearable medical device, called Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), to the standard treatment for a specific type of advanced lung cancer. The device uses electric fields that may help stop cancer cells from growing. Researchers want to see if using this device along with standard chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy is safe and tolerable for patients.
