Summary

This study is for adults with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer who are planning to have surgery. Researchers want to see if a three-drug combination (an immunotherapy drug plus chemotherapy plus a third new drug) works better than just the immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. The goal is to shrink the tumor before surgery and help prevent the cancer from coming back afterward.
