New Pre-Surgery combo aims to shrink lung tumors

NCT ID NCT07493980

Summary

This study is testing a three-drug combination (JSKN016, toripalimab, and carboplatin) given to patients before they have surgery for stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink or eliminate the tumor in the lung and nearby lymph nodes to make surgery more successful. Researchers will measure how well the tumors respond, how many patients can complete surgery, and monitor side effects.
