Summary
This small pilot study tested a new support program called SHAREDCare for people who have finished treatment for lung cancer. The goal was to see if working with a care navigator to create a personalized plan could help survivors better manage their ongoing health and social needs after cancer. The study was terminated early after enrolling only five participants.
