Summary

This study tests whether removing only part of a lung lobe (sub-lobectomy) is as good as removing the whole lobe (lobectomy) in people with stage IIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer who have already received chemotherapy plus immunotherapy. About 585 participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery or the other. The main goal is to see if the smaller surgery offers similar cancer control while better preserving lung function and quality of life.
