Can a phone call save lives? study tests new approach to lung cancer screening
NCT ID NCT07216144
Summary
This study is testing whether a centralized outreach program helps more at-risk people complete lung cancer screening. Researchers will compare two approaches: one group receives letters and phone calls encouraging screening, while the other receives usual care. The goal is to find better ways to connect current and former smokers with potentially life-saving early detection.
