Scientists seek clues in failed cancer treatments
NCT ID NCT04300062
Summary
This study aims to understand why lung cancer sometimes becomes resistant to immunotherapy treatments. Researchers will collect tumor tissue samples from 50 patients whose cancer has progressed despite receiving immunotherapy. By analyzing these samples, they hope to identify biological mechanisms that cause treatment resistance, which could inform future research and treatment approaches.
