Summary

This study tests a precise, high-dose radiation treatment called SBRT for people with non-small cell lung cancer or cancer that has spread to the lungs from elsewhere. About 200 participants will receive 3 to 10 radiation sessions over 1-2 weeks. The goal is to see how well the treatment controls tumors and to track any side effects.
