Summary
This early trial tests whether using real-time MRI to guide radiation therapy is practical for people with advanced lung cancer. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can reduce side effects and better control tumors. About 30 participants will receive the treatment to check feasibility and gather data for future larger studies.
