Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug cabozantinib to pembrolizumab can help control advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer for longer. It is for patients whose cancer has not worsened after an initial 4-cycle treatment. The main goal is to see how long patients can live without their cancer getting worse while on this two-drug maintenance therapy.
