Summary
This study aims to understand why many lung cancer patients do not respond to immunotherapy. Researchers will take blood samples from 100 patients and healthy volunteers to analyze specific types of white blood cells called neutrophils. The goal is to learn if certain cells can predict treatment response, which could guide future therapies.
