Scientists search for early warning signs in blood to predict lung cancer return

NCT ID NCT05415358

Summary

This study aims to learn if certain markers in the blood can predict whether lung cancer will return after patients finish a standard course of immunotherapy. Researchers will follow 23 patients who have completed about two years of treatment, collecting their blood every few months to look for these signals. The goal is to gather knowledge that could one day help doctors monitor patients more effectively after treatment ends.
