Italian researchers launch major effort to map advanced lung cancer at diagnosis

Summary
This study will collect information from 1000 adults in Italy who have advanced (stage IV) lung cancer. Researchers want to understand the different types of lung cancer and their features when first found. No new treatments are tested; the goal is simply to learn more about the disease.
