Lung wash test could unlock personalized cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT06301295
Summary
This study is testing whether a new, less invasive method can accurately find genetic changes in early-stage lung cancer. Researchers will collect fluid from inside lung tumors during a thin-tube procedure and analyze it with advanced genetic testing. The goal is to see if this fluid can reliably identify genetic markers that help doctors choose the best targeted treatments for each patient.
