Summary
This study looks at 300 lung cancer patients whose tumors did not fully disappear after immunotherapy before surgery. Researchers will use advanced DNA and RNA testing to find hidden gene changes that might explain why the treatment didn't work completely. The goal is to better understand these cases and see if those with gene changes respond differently to additional immunotherapy after surgery.
