Summary
This study aims to understand why lung cancers with specific genetic changes eventually stop responding to targeted drug treatments. Researchers will analyze tumor and blood samples from 40 patients whose cancer progressed while on these drugs. They will use advanced genetic testing to look for hidden patterns and changes that cause this drug resistance.
