New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer
NCT ID NCT07037758
Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a two-drug combination (tarlatamab and AB248) for people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has worsened after at least one prior treatment. The main goal is to see how well the body handles the drugs together and to check for side effects. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
