New Two-Drug attack on Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two existing drugs, lorlatinib and ramucirumab, for people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called ALK. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the drug combination and to see how well it works at controlling the cancer and stopping it from getting worse. The study will also look for genetic clues that might predict who responds best to this treatment.
