Double-Duty drugs target advanced lung cancer in new trial

Summary

This study is testing whether using two targeted cancer drugs together works better than standard treatments for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific genetic mutations. The trial will involve about 60 adults who haven't had previous treatment for their advanced cancer. Researchers will monitor how long the cancer stays under control and track side effects to see if this combination is safe and effective.
