Early trial tests new combo for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

NCT ID NCT04885998

Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety and best dose of a two-drug combination (tarlatamab plus AMG 404) for adults with small cell lung cancer that had worsened after standard chemotherapy. The main goal was to see how well patients tolerated the drugs and to check for any serious side effects. Researchers also looked for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
