First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (zimberelimab, domvanalimab, and etrumadenant) in 30 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have already received immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the triple therapy can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants will be monitored for side effects and how long the cancer stays under control.
