New hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer: Four-Drug combo enters trial

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called berzosertib to a standard three-drug treatment works better for people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer. It aims to control the cancer's growth and extend the time patients live without their disease getting worse. The trial will first find the safest dose and then compare the new four-drug combination to the standard three-drug treatment.
