NCT ID NCT03965689
Summary
This study is testing if adding a new drug called pevonedistat to two standard chemotherapy drugs (carboplatin and paclitaxel) works better for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It is for adults whose cancer has gotten worse after treatment with immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if this three-drug combination can shrink tumors and control the cancer for longer.
