Summary
This study tested whether two drugs, amivantamab and lazertinib, could help control advanced lung cancer that has an EGFR mutation and has spread to the brain or spinal fluid. It was for patients whose cancer had gotten worse or spread to the central nervous system despite previous standard treatments. The main goal was to see how well the drug combination shrank these brain and spinal fluid tumors.
