Text buddy boosts Pill-Taking in lung cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a text-message helper called 'Penny' can help lung cancer patients stick to their daily oral targeted therapy and manage side effects. About 75 adults with non-small cell lung cancer will either use Penny or get usual care. The goal is to see if real-time reminders and support improve medication adherence and reduce treatment interruptions.
