This study tests a personalized approach to chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread. Participants have already tried at least one other treatment. The goal is to see if using a tool called OncoChoice to pick the right chemo improves tumor shrinkage and delays cancer growth. About 29 adults will take part.
