First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study compares two antifungal creams—luliconazole 2% and ketoconazole 1%—for treating pityriasis versicolor, a common fungal skin infection that causes light or dark scaly patches. About 86 participants will receive one of the two creams to see which works better and faster. The goal is to find a more effective treatment with fewer side effects.
