Summary
This study tests whether using ketoconazole 2% shampoo for seven days works better than three days for treating pityriasis versicolor, a common fungal skin infection. Researchers will enroll 76 people aged 12 and older to compare how well each treatment clears the fungus and improves symptoms. The goal is to find the most effective and safe treatment duration.
