Summary
This early-stage study tested how the body absorbs different pill versions of an experimental pain medication called LTG-001. Fourteen healthy volunteers took different pill formulations to see which one gets into the bloodstream best. The main goal was to compare the absorption and safety of new tablet forms against an older reference form.
