Summary
This study tested a new drug called LT3001 in 24 people who had an acute ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blood clot). The goal was to see if a single dose of the drug is safe and might help recovery. Participants received either the drug or a placebo within 24 hours of their stroke symptoms starting.
