Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called LP-184 in 64 adults with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, lung, or breast cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. Participants receive LP-184 by infusion twice per cycle and are closely monitored for side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
