First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental pill called LP-108, taken alone or with another drug (azacitidine), in 32 adults with blood cancers (MDS, CMML, or AML) that returned or didn't respond to prior therapy. The main goals were to find the safest dose and understand how the drug moves through the body. Researchers also looked for signs that the cancer shrank or disappeared.
