Summary

This study tested an oral drug called LOXO-305 (pirtobrutinib) in 803 people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or other non-Hodgkin lymphomas whose cancer had stopped responding to or could not tolerate standard treatments. The goal was to find the best dose, check safety, and see if the drug could shrink tumors. Participants took the drug by mouth, and some also received it with other medications. The study aimed to control the disease rather than cure it.
