Can less radiation keep cancer away with fewer side effects?

NCT ID NCT03681535

Summary

This study is testing if a lower dose and smaller area of radiation treatment can work as well as the standard dose for patients with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It is for people who have already finished chemotherapy and have a negative PET scan. The goal is to see if the lower dose can still control the cancer while reducing the risk of short-term and long-term side effects from radiation.
