Could less radiation be enough for hodgkin lymphoma?

Summary
This study aims to see if patients with early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma who respond well to chemotherapy can safely receive a lower dose of radiation therapy. Researchers will compare a reduced radiation dose (20 Gy) to the standard dose (30 Gy) in 518 patients to see if the lower dose works just as well at keeping the cancer from returning. The goal is to reduce potential side effects of radiation while maintaining effective treatment.
