Summary

This study looked at 81 healthy young men to see how leg muscle strength and endurance relate to how high they can jump. Participants did strength tests and vertical jumps in one lab visit. The goal was to learn which muscle measures best predict explosive jumping ability. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
