Summary

This study looked at 81 healthy young men to see how leg muscle strength and endurance relate to how high they can jump. Participants did leg strength tests and vertical jumps in one lab visit. The goal was to understand which muscle measurements best predict explosive jumping ability. No treatments or interventions were tested.
